Our Accommodation Policy consist of the following:
Check-in 14.00
Check-out until 12.00

Cancellation/Prepayment:
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If cancelled later or in case of no-show or in case of early departure, a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of your reservation will be charged. All prepaid bookings will automatically receive a 10% discount (non-refundable).

Kids:
Kids under 12 years old are not allowed, only babies. Cots are available with extra charge of €10.00. Please mention it whilst booking.

Accepted credit cards:
We accept these cards (Visa/Euro/Master Card) and we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or inside the premises generally. It is allowed in the garden, terraces and on the balconies.

Noise:
Guests are advised to respect the serenity of the property and the rest of the tenants.

Complimentary drinks and hot beverages:

Upon arrival, guest can find complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee.

For bookings over 3 days the guest may find all above plus  bottled of local white wine,seasonal fruits,and freshly grinded coffee.

Each room is equipped with a fridge.

Toiletries/Cosmetics:
Toiletries such as toilet paper and cosmetics are available for the first night only.

Long stays over a week:
Guests booked for over 7 days are entitled of room cleaning, linen and towel replacement, additional toiletries and cosmetics every 3 days.

Luggage drop-off:
Guests wishing to leave their luggage in the premises for as long they wish may do so by paying €5.00 per luggage per day.

House Keeper Services:
Laundry and ironing are available between 12.00-16.00 only at a cost of €10.00 per wash.

Inappropriate behaviour:
Misbehaving guests and persons not respecting the above policies will not be acceptable to stay any longer and the hosts reserve the right to dismiss them without reimbursement.
