Breakfast: Room are sold on bed-only basis, so let us know if you need breakfast upon arrival.
Cancellation/Prepayment: We adopt flexible policies but they might vary according to the period, so kindly check the conditions at the time of booking.
Kids: Additional single beds are available in some rooms for an additional amount of €30/night. Cots are available at an extra charge of €10. Please mention it in the comments whilst booking.
Accepted Credit Cards: We accept Visa/Euro/MasterCard) and we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. AMEX cards are not accepted.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or inside the premises generally. It is allowed in the garden, terraces and on the balconies.
Noise: Guests are advised to respect the serenity of the property and the rest of the tenants.
Complimentary drinks and hot beverages: Upon arrival, guests can find complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee. For direct bookings over 3 days the guest may find all above plus a bottle of local white wine, and seasonal fruits. Each room is equipped with a fridge.
Toiletries/Cosmetics: Toiletries such as toilet paper and cosmetics are provided free of charge.
Long Stays Over a Week: Guests booked for over 7 days are entitled of room cleaning, linen and towel replacement.
Luggage Drop-Off: Guests can decide to leave their luggage in the premises.
House Keeper Services: Laundry and ironing are available between 12.00-16.00 only at a cost of €10.00 per wash.
Inappropriate Behaviour: Misbehaving guests and persons not respecting the above policies will not be acceptable to stay any longer and the hosts reserve the right to dismiss them without reimbursement.
Reception: Access codes to the hotel and private rooms will be sent to our guests the day before the scheduled arrival.
